Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of OLAB Assist, provided by Olasi Works - Serkan Odemis. By using the website or creating an account you accept them. If you use OLAB Assist for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

OLAB Assist checks the technical signals that let search engines and AI assistants find, read and cite a website (SEO, GEO, AEO and AIO), monitors them every week, records changes, and tracks how AI assistants answer the questions you choose. Results are information to help you decide what to fix. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or mentions by any search engine or AI assistant.

2. Accounts

  • You can sign in with Google, Apple, or an email address with a password or a sign-in link. Email accounts must confirm their address.
  • An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
  • Information in your account must be accurate.

3. Free audit

You can run an audit without an account. It reads only public pages of the domain. Free audits are rate limited. Each report has a share link that anyone with the link can open.

4. Free trial

You can run free audits with an account at no cost. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial: you choose a plan and enter a payment method at checkout, and nothing is charged during the trial. During the trial you can use the plan's features, with up to 25 tracked AI questions until the first payment. We email you the day before the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged the plan price, then renews each billing period. You can cancel any time in Billing & invoices → Manage subscription. Each account can use one free trial; a later subscription is charged from the start.

5. Plans and payment

  • Plans are Starter, Growth and Agency, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Current prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and on the Plans page in the app before you buy. Taxes may be added depending on your country.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and reseller. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
  • If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, Paddle retries it and we email you. If the first payment after the free trial cannot be collected within 2 days, the service is paused and your account data (sites, reports, AI answer history, integrations) is permanently deleted 7 days later. If a later payment cannot be collected within 7 days, the account becomes inactive, the service is paused and the data is permanently deleted 30 days later. We send a reminder the day before deletion. A successful payment before the deletion date restores the service and the data; without a payment the service is not restored. Invoices are kept as required by law.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

  • You may check the public pages of any website, including competitors' sites. You must not use the service to attack, overload or get unauthorised access to any system.
  • Do not try to get around plan limits, rate limits or security measures, and do not resell access without our written permission.
  • Do not add prompts or other content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights or contains other people's personal data.

8. AI answers

Answers shown in AI answer tracking are generated by third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) through their official APIs. They can be wrong, change over time and differ from what a person sees in the consumer apps. We report them as received and are not responsible for their content.

9. Your content

You keep all rights to your domains, brand names, prompts and other content. You allow us to process that content only to provide the service to you, including sending prompts to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Our intellectual property

The software, design, brand, reports' layout and texts of OLAB Assist belong to Olasi Works - Serkan Odemis or its licensors. You may share and use reports about your own or your clients' sites; Agency plan users may also share white-label reports with their clients.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages or events outside our control can interrupt it. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly reduces a paid plan, we tell you in advance and you can cancel.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue, rankings or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or is used for fraud, after notice where reasonable. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We show the date of the latest version at the top and tell account holders by email about material changes before they take effect.
